Self-love is your internal guardian against despair. When life is challenging you with hardship, self-love will prevail the struggle. This is a fundamental building block in any challenge we might face. An internal and, therefore, infinite source of unconditional love with yourself that supports you in facing the struggle. Deep down you realize that you are a wonderful creative being who is worthy of achieving all the dreams you can perceive. You are strong enough to reach your pinnacle of self-realization, and you know this in your heart.

Embrace every pain you experience as one of pleasure, because you recognize the potential of growth in any resistance you encounter. Snooze the self-critic within you when you talk yourself down too much. Being critical about yourself is a form of resistance and pain. Achieving dreams is accompanied with a self-critic attitude. Dreamers know that true manifestation needs a strong character. One only becomes strong when it is sensitive enough to allow resistance to be of it’s nature. When challenged with depression, anxiety or despair, BE with IT. Be aware that this is occurring not without reason. Have no conditions on your self-love. Experience these shadow aspects of yourself as simply a stimulation for renewal. Transcending your character so that bigger and better dreams can nourish your mind.

When you act out of your core, you no longer become entangled with all the struggles you seem to have. You then realize that the struggle is actually a superficial layer, you happened to be attached on. What we see as painful, is actually a form of letting go. It is the strength of your resilience that overcomes any traumatic experience. Be it small or big, resilience is an accumulative strength and not a gift. Without the self-love necessary one can fall into a negative and fearful spiral.

Start loving yourself more and see the struggle as your bridge to greatness.
