Thou might bend, but shall not break
One of the powers we can access, is that of being flexible when life throws you through a hurricane. Similar to trees, can we also learn how to bend with the storm and see it through. This art of living can be practiced by integrating forms of Yoga in your lifestyle. By making the body flexible, we flex and strengthen the mind as well.
