In our excitement of spiritual realisation, we tend to convert others from our point of view, believing that which is good for us, serve others the same purpose. A good teacher only gives what is necessary from the place of the student. By focussing upon the needs of others, we facilitate, instead of indoctrinate. Seeing and knowing the needs of others is the first step in helping them. Without determining that first, we remain indoctrinators.
