Travel for the sake of movement alone

The human body is designed to move. It’s mysteries can be explained by using nature itself. Like a river, we need to keep moving in order to stay alive and flowing. The balance between movement and non-movement is important in being healthy. It keeps the juices flowing throughout all the systems. Without movement, we stagnate and die, just like a riverbank is formed when the water leaves the dirt silently sitting. Our body works similar and travel can be a great exercise for the purpose of movement. What greater way to travel then by using your body fully? Not only do you see new places and meet new people, you also work on your body and keep the juices pumping.

    We become too accustomed with our surrondings. Another good thing about travelling is that they requier us to adapt to new situations and environment.

      Yes indeed, sometimes I think it is good to stimulate yourself with new environments.. or not.. that’s up each one of us to decide.
